Editor update: faster, clearer, and nicer to look at

We completely overhauled the block editor so you can edit your profile faster and with fewer clicks, with a preview thumbnail for every block, clearer choices, and more room for your content.

  • Cleaner block list with a small preview thumbnail for every block, so you can spot what you're looking for at a glance without long scrolling
  • When picking a variant (for example a different look for your images or buttons), all options now appear as images side by side, right in the editor instead of in a separate picker window
  • Live preview in your profile: while you browse a variant, your profile preview shows in real time what your profile would look like with it
  • Colors, spacing, and small details are now much easier to adjust, without clicking through long settings lists
  • New, clearly visible button in the mumalinks color, to quickly add a new block exactly where you want it
  • Editor now uses the full space next to the menu bar, leaving more room for your profile while editing
  • Warmer, calmer color scheme in the editor, easier on the eyes during longer editing sessions
  • Cleaner preview for banner images, a better picker for icons and emojis, and easier link inputs

Reviews feed, push notifications & editor polish

A completely rethought reviews area as a storytelling feed with push notifications, plus many editor improvements around going live, the format painter, and colors, as well as noticeably faster loading.

  • Reviews area redesigned as a storytelling feed: every review with context, automatic insights for noteworthy patterns, and a single clear reply button per review
  • Push notifications for low ratings that haven't been answered yet, so you can react quickly
  • Going live now shows blocking blocks and missing required fields right away; the button block only requires a URL when you actually publish
  • Format painter now also copies variants and visual fields, block variants unified with illustrations and sub-descriptions, and a “recently used colors” section in the color picker
  • SEO preview in the editor now mirrors name and bio as you type; profiles can be duplicated from the three-dot menu
  • Faster loading for anonymous visitors, smaller image variants on phones, and smoother image transitions in slideshow, gallery, and hero

Profile settings rethought & Google visibility

Profile settings are now easy to understand for everyone, with automatic saving included. Published profiles are also reported to Google automatically, and the AI text assistant produces cleaner results.

  • Profile settings redesigned: status banner with copyable profile link, clear sections for name & photo, industry, and Google preview, instead of long forms
  • Auto-saving: profile changes are saved in the background, with a small status hint and a retry button if something goes wrong
  • Google visibility: all published profiles automatically appear in a sitemap, so Google and other search engines can find them without any extra steps
  • Go-live notice: after publishing, a hint explains that it can take 30 to 60 seconds for changes to appear
  • AI text assistant: more compact button bar and stricter rules, so no stray asterisks, dashes, or markdown leftovers end up in the text
  • Industry picker with emojis (hairdresser ✂️, café ☕, lawyer ⚖️ and more), the suggestions area hides itself when no industry is selected
  • Button block: corner-radius choices reduced to three clear options (square, rounded, pill)
  • Background color: transparent is now available everywhere a background color can be set
  • Columns block: click-to-select now works reliably even when blocks are nested inside each other
  • Animation picker with a new play icon and a better-positioned selection panel
  • Legal block: larger font for additional privacy notes, team block adapts its column layout better to the number of members

  • Cookie banner: GDPR-compliant opt-in for analytics and marketing cookies, revocable at any time
  • Embedded content (YouTube, maps, Spotify and others) only loads after marketing consent, with a click-to-load preview before
  • Privacy policy templates: a ready-made policy for your profile page, plus dedicated policies for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, TikTok, YouTube, TripAdvisor, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and Yelp
  • In-app upgrade: new upgrade page and a premium tile in the sidebar that leads straight to the right plan
  • Onboarding welcome: short greeting on first editor visit, plus a live checklist that follows along and points out what to do next
  • Profile banner with avatar: new variant combining a banner image with an overlapping round avatar, including aspect-ratio crop presets (16:9, 3:1, and more)
  • Mobile editor polish: tidier toolbar, scrollable block picker, no more accidental horizontal scrolling
  • Embed block: now accepts links without https://, shows provider and title directly in the block list
  • Email confirmation now required for password sign-ups, with new security notifications for suspicious activity
